Her journey with consulting began in pediatric and orthodontic offices\u2014where she learned the power of compassionate care, efficient systems, and strong team dynamics. Over the years, Brenda has expanded her expertise to include prosthodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, and endodontics, allowing her to support a wide variety of specialty practices with tailored strategies that work in real-world settings.
Root and Vine was born from Brenda\u2019s belief that practices grow best when they\u2019re deeply rooted in strong systems and culture and intentionally cultivated to flourish.
